Contract to Hire Staffing
The Position where the organisation initially hires the candidate on a contract and later converts them into a full time permanent employee to their organisation. This is done due to various reasons such as the number of employee count, specific skills to be observed and in some cases just to avoid the costs of benefits on a full time permanent position.
H1 B or OPT’s are preferred for such positions, if Citizens and Green card holders are not available or do not want to take up such opportunity.
