Contract Corp to Corp Staffing is when the client company which has entered into agreement with an agency which has expertise in providing human resources skilled labour on contract. The approved agency or vendor may not employ such resources on their pay roll but source the right candidate from the a different employer to serve its client. The agency or the vendor is responsible to pay the candidates employer for the services the candidate renders a the vendors client. The client is only interested in the candidates performance of the task and pay the vendor for the hours approved as per the contract to the vendor.
